Service Assistant/Dispatcher

Qualified candidates with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience will be rewarded with top wages and excellent benefits.
Must have plumbing service experience.
Service Assistant/Dispatcher job duties:
Must be able to answer the phone and speak clearly and have excellent phone skills Maintain the dispatch board and work load schedule 2-3 days out Must possess above average mathematical and verbal and written communication skills Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any and all Crawford Mechanical Services personnel issues, customer relations and business practices and/or strategies Must possess proficient computer skills, being adept at Microsoft Word and Excel Must be well organized, a logical thinker, able to focus on the tasks and deadline sat-hand and at all times attentive to details Must maintain a clean well-groomed appearance (business casual) Arrives on time for work every day Must abide by the Company Drug and Harassment Policies Communicates professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and co-workers Works with a sense of urgency Helps to maintain and promote company morale, professionalism and a friendly work environment Must be capable of lifting up to 20 pounds Assist Production Assistant Answer front door of offices and greet customer or vendor Receive and or get mail and give to controller Facilitate in putting of all service related invoices and other duties in Computer Ease.
